CarePortal Partners

Visit your state below to see active community partners. Below are definitions of types of partners:

Implementing Partners use CarePortal as a  connecting platform to expand their organization’s ministry through the Church. Their role is to support the Platform, Networks, and Agencies.

Agencies use CarePortal to submit requests based on the needs of the family, which quickly sends a message to participating churches nearby. Each church can respond directly back to the caseworker when they are able to meet the need or they can engage other churches or community partners who want to help.

County Sponsors support local children in crisis in their own community. CarePortal provides a simple, yet strategic opportunity for local philanthropic investment with impact that’s both life-changing and measurable. County sponsors include local organizations and businesses.
