Case Description Yassin el Sheik is a syrian refugee who has lived in Beirut, Lebanon for the last 3 years. The family fled after war broke out in their city. They came to Lebanon for a better life but have been struggling. They have 5 children. 2 of the children have hearing illnesses as does their dad.

The Apostolic Church of Beirut has been assisting this family and while they have many needs, the most pressing is for their 9 year old daughter, Houda who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis.

Because of this disease she has been ostracized by her classmates and rejected by local schools. The Apostolic Church in Beirut would like to help Houda by providing her with her medical treatment every month. It costs 200$ a month.

They would also like to help with a temporary food subsidy as the children are malnourished and need short term intervention to get them healthy.

$50 a month would help the Yassin (The father) provide food supplements for their kids.

This request represents one month of support. If you would like to help meet part of this families needs for multiple months, please email jake@goproject.org
